EMERSON SCREWS

I bought on Mother's Day an Emerson 19 inch LCD television that had no pan screws to attach the television to the base. I have the receipt and am forced to take the television back to Wal-Mart if I find the receipt.

1. Emerson demanded a serial number and I provided that.
2. Only Emerson pan screws are allowed in the base or the warranty is void.
3. I get a call today demanding I give them a faxed copy of the receipt because they think I bought the television more that 30 days ago.
4. They will not pay me to drive to a fax place, for the fax or the cost of all this trouble for the pan screws.

HOW STUPID IS THAT?

Wal-Mart here I come or Home Depot here I come.

Not much but am on facebook worrying about Riotmaker as usual and some of the kids found me. Usual depression adn pain but I have the kids from chat to cheer me up. Miss you so much as most of the people from chat.
